-Customer Service Rep is available Monday through Saturday 9am-9pm

How long does it take to receive my order?

- Orders are shipped every Wednesday. Depending on what day you submit your order, it should take 5-7 business days. 

How much is shipping?

-Shipping is a flat rate of $5 charge.

What form of payment is accepted?

- B.A.D.A.C.T. Apparel accepts : Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal.

What is the return policy?

-Items may be return for full refund within 7 days of delivery date. Returned items must be unworn, with tags attached. Refund will be processed 3 days after return of unwanted merchandise. Item should be returned to the address the package was sent from.

What is the exchanged policy?

-Items may be exchanged for the purpose of:: Sizing; within 7 days of delivery date. Exchanged items must be unworn, with tags attached. Exchange should arrive 7 business days after item is returned to the address.  

Can I use a discount code?

-  Discount will be advertised occasionally.
